We had shane come out and double check our ac unit after it stopped working and another company told us that it was not repairable. That company told us there was nothing else they could do and it must be replaced costing 10-16k. After speaking with Shane and telling him everything that was going on, he came out the very next morning to check everything out for his self. In less than an hour, Shane was able to find the issue, fix it and get the AC unit going again. Saving us a ton of money. We can’t thank Shane enough for the tremendous work he did and his honesty. I would recommend Shane to anyone needing anything done with their AC systems.

Excellent company. Shane had Dean out here in no time. The problem was promptly identified and they ordered the necessary parts for the repair. Dean and Chris came out to complete the repair. Another issues occurred while they were here and they quickly identified that as well and John was here promptly to assist also. Very kind and professional men. I would highly recommend. Thank you AC Service Masters for getting my air back to being cold!

Shane was wonderful to work with!! Within hours of making the request for service, Shane repaired the problem and got our AC up and running again! He was friendly, courteous, and communicative. We are very thankful!!

Noticed my AC was not pumping out cold air around 10pm, and left a msg for AC Service Masters. By 8am the next morning, I received a call back from Shane. He was the same person who had helped me with a basic maintenance over 3 yrs earlier. Before 9am, Shane had arrived and diagnosed the issue. The price was reasonable, only $169 to replace my outside fan conductor thingy. He also did a flush of my line, the one that drips water outside. Extremely helpful, honest, professional, and these guys are not trying to just charge you as much as they can. Rather, they want to do as much service as they can, for a fair price. I wouldn’t call anyone else if I have an issue. They are the best!

Awesome service. My AC went out at noon and Shane had his team out to me before 2pm and my AC was back up and running before 3pm. His team was so kind. Thank goodness it was not serious. I was shocked how cheap the repair was. It is nice to know that there are still honest repair companies out there to help. I found my new AC company. Thank you Shane and Dean. And thank you to the young man with Dean I wish I would have gotten his name.
